  With over 35 years of experience in engineering and loss prevention, Alexandre Rinaldi is a recognized expert in risk control within complex industries such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, mining, and chemicals. Formerly a technical leader at FM Global, he led engineering teams, managed international training programs, and conducted MFL (Maximum Foreseeable Loss) analyses for global organizations. Today, as President of Groupe DART, he leverages his strategic expertise to deliver high-performance, tailored risk management solutions.

• Alexandre Ritchot, Eng.
  Vice-President and Senior Risk Control Consultant
  A seasoned engineer with more than 20 years of experience in risk analysis, Alexandre Ritchot has worked with major industrial companies, international insurers, and numerous public institutions. Specializing in manufacturing, forestry, food processing, and mining environments, he possesses in-depth expertise in loss prevention and the assessment of complex risks. As co-owner of Groupe DART, he stands out for his rigorous, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.

  Axel Gillet is a strategic leader recognized for his ability to structure, optimize, and grow organizations in complex environments. An expert in project portfolio management, business development, and risk management, he combines strategic vision, operational rigor, and people-focused leadership. Under his direction, Groupe DART has accelerated its growth, strengthened its governance, and built lasting partnerships.

• Charbel Bader, CEP
  Risk Control Consultant
  Charbel Bader is a talented young engineer with a critical thinking mindset. Having previously worked for an insurance brokerage firm, he distinguished himself through the production of analytical reports, coordination of on-site assessments, and rigorous application of NFPA standards. He also served as a junior engineer in the railway sector, contributing to both the development and risk assessment of infrastructure projects. Trilingual and energetic, Charbel brings solid technical expertise and a sharp understanding of Groupe DART's methods and standards.

• Stéphane Soulières, B. Sc, Fire Science; ASc, Fire & Occupational Safety
  Risk Control Consultant
  With over 30 years of experience in fire safety, prevention engineering, and risk management, Stéphane Soulières is renowned for his expertise in analyzing alternative measures, supporting major construction projects, and delivering specialized training. As a Captain with the Montreal Fire Safety Service, he has been involved in several landmark projects, including the REM (Réseau express métropolitain) and the new Champlain Bridge. A rigorous specialist and skilled educator, he draws on in-depth knowledge of standards, complex infrastructure, and best practices to help organizations reduce risks and achieve operational excellence.

• Wilson Kao, Eng.
  Risk Control Consultant
  A chemical engineering graduate with strong adaptability and a rigorous analytical approach, Wilson Kao has diverse experience in the validation of critical equipment, technical project management, and assessment of risks related to industrial processes. He has successfully led several complex projects involving production systems, automated equipment, and technical infrastructure, working closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams. Known for his autonomy, clear communication, and ability to simplify technical issues for various stakeholders, Wilson brings versatile expertise and an excellent understanding of industrial and operational environments to Groupe DART.
